Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally, kindly refer to the order page after adding your address.


How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be shared on your registered communication medium upon shipping.

What is your return policy?

We do not have a cancellation/return policy for the product. In case the product arrives damaged, we'd be happy to replace it for you. However, if you face any issues please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and let us address your grievances.


How long until I get my delivery?

Currently, we are accepting orders as a pre-booking and will start shipping on 22nd November 2021, upon which time the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you.


What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be calculated according to your location and displayed on the order confirmation page. 


Can I change or cancel my order?
